Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Print & Production Turnaround Times

All custom products are printed on-demand at our operations facility in Bengaluru, India. Once an order is paid and synchronized:

• Standard Customizer Orders: 2-3 business days processing and print fabrication time.
• Bulk Corporate Orders (50+ units): 4-7 business days, depending on catalog size and requirements.

2. Domestic Transit Rates & Timelines

We partner with leading Indian logistics carriers (e.g. Blue Dart, Delhivery, Expressbees) to ensure secure delivery. Estimated transit timelines after dispatch:

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata): 2-3 business days.
• Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Regional Pincodes): 3-5 business days.

3. Delivery Tracking Transparency

Once your order is processed and handed over to courier partners, an Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number is generated. For B2B dropshipping clients, this tracking number is automatically synchronized back into your Shopify app backend and emailed to the end-consumer.

4. Strict Returns Policy for Custom Print Items

Because all garments are custom-fabricated with your specific artwork templates, we do not accept returns or exchange requests for size selection errors, design changes, or customer preferences. We only accept return claims in the following instances:

• The base garment is delivered with structural fabric defects (tears, holes).
• The print fabrication is severely warped, blurred, or has incorrect color maps.
• The wrong size or incorrect apparel type was shipped by our hub.
