1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when registering accounts, uploading print assets, configuring store preferences, or communicating with support. This includes contact details, company profiles, billing information, and customizer uploads.

2. Customizer Assets & Uploaded Files

All design coordinates, PNG/SVG graphic assets, and text logs uploaded to our Fabric Studio Workspace are stored securely on our AWS S3 storage clusters. These assets are only processed to compile print sheets and mockups, and are never shared with or exposed to third-party marketing entities.

3. Integrated E-commerce Store Data

For B2B dropshipping clients, our Shopify Integration synchronizes e-commerce order details (customer shipping addresses, ordered items, and emails) required to automatically verify, charge, and fulfill custom print shipments. We utilize access tokens securely and restrict data access to authorization zones.

4. Data Retention & Security

We implement appropriate physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect your personal data and brand assets. User profiles and transactions are preserved on our databases. Uploaded design assets can be deleted at any time upon request or through the 'Saved Designs' management dashboard.
