1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the 3D TRIBE platform, including our interactive customization tools, B2B print-on-demand dropshipping services, and API integrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Interactive Customizer Usage

Our Fabric Studio Workspace (online 3D customizer) allows you to upload custom artwork templates and place designs on premium cotton base blanks. You agree that you are sole owner or possess appropriate legal permissions for all graphic assets uploaded. You grant 3D TRIBE a license to print, fulfill, and display products created with your uploaded artwork solely to perform dropshipping services.

3. Wallet Balance & Transactions Liability

B2B dropshipping clients maintain an active prepaid wallet balance. Wallet deposits are handled securely via our payment gateways. Balance deductions occur automatically upon synchronized order authorization. Any disputed transactions, wallet refund claims, or fulfillment disputes must be submitted to our support team within 14 business days.

4. Digital Printing & Material Tolerances

We utilize high-density Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer print lines on pre-shrunk, bio-washed combed cotton blanks. Due to minor variations in fabric dye batches and mechanical alignment tolerances, minor variations in print placement (±0.5 inches) and colors may occur. These minor variances do not constitute defects eligible for automatic refunds.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D TRIBE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from e-commerce store synchronization delays, Shopify webhook failures, or late deliveries by third-party shipping partners.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Major updates will be communicated on our active dashboard interfaces. Your continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
